Ingredients:
- 2 bunches broccoli florets
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 10-12 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Directions:
- Chop and clean broccoli. Drain and place in a bowl.
- Fry bacon slices. Cool, then crumble.
- Mix onions, raisins, mayo, vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl. Pour over broccoli and mix well.
- Stir in crumbled bacon.
- Chill before serving.
